  Brief Introduction R-303 is a one-component dipping resin which is formed by epoxy resin, curing agent and thinner.It’s heat-resistant grade is B (130°C). R-303 corresponds the RoHS environmental protection requirement.   Features Convenient to use, low cost, good manufacturability, bright film, excellent mechanical strength and insulating property.   Application This paint is fit for the continuous dipping technology, fast-dry dipping insulating operate and VPI process of small-scale stator coil, like fan motor, electric tool motor, air-condition motor and water pump motor etc.   Qualification (as the Q/R 101-2010 company standard)

  Usage 1.Continuous immersion process 1.1 Common technological process:

1.2 Technology parameter:

1.3 Attentions: (1) R-303’s viscosity is 10-14s when uses, if the viscosity is too large, it should be diluted by our special 303-X thinner. (2) Capping the paint tank and immersion tank when do not work. (3) Paint tank and paint line should be cleaned regularly (1-3 months once), with the 100-150 mesh filter screen to remove the iron filings, coat of paint, dirt and other impurities. 2.
