Insulating Varnish, Continuous Immersion Varnish, Epoxy Resin

  Brief Introduction R-832 is a two-component immersion varnish which is formed by modified epoxy resin, hardener and styrene etc. Component A and component B is 10/3 by weight ratio. It’s heat-resistant grade is B (130°C). R-832 corresponds the RoHS environmental protection requirement.   Features Convenient to use, fast dry, low bake temperature (105°C), good manufacturability, bright and full film, excellent insulating and mechanical property.   Application This paint is fit for the immersion of small-scale motor coils, transformer and ballast coils.   Qualification (as the Q/R 101-2010 company standard)
