Brief Introduction R-305 is a two-component dipping varnish which is formed by epoxy resin, curing agent and thinner.Component A/B is 1/1 by weight ratio. It’s heat-resistant grade is B (130°C).   Features Low curing temperature, good dipping manufacturability, bright film, fast dry, excellent mechanical strength and insulating property.   Application This paint is fit for the continuous dipping technology and fast-dry dipping insulating operate of small-scale and micro motor, electrical equipment coil.   Qualification (as the Q/R 101-2010 company standard)
