1. Appearance inspection requirements.
- It is not allowed to have any defects that cause harm to the user in actual use;
- There should be no damage, breakage, bruising, or chipped appearance defects;
-Must comply with local laws and regulations of the selling country and customer requirements;
- The structure, appearance and material of the product must meet the requirements of the customer or be consistent with the sample;
- Product functions must meet customer requirements or be consistent with samples;
- The marks/labels on the products must comply with the regulatory requirements and be clear and clear.
2. Packaging requirements
- The products shall be fully packed with materials of sufficient strength to allow the goods to reach the destination warehouse in a marketable condition;
- The packing material can protect the goods from damage during transportation;
- Box wheat, bar code, label (e.g. price label) should be in accordance with customer requirements or with the sample;
- Packaging must meet customer requirements or be in accordance with samples;
- Diagrams, instructions, labels, warning statements, etc. should be clearly printed in the language of the user;
- The illustrations and instructions on the package must be consistent with the actual product and its functions;
- The materials and manner of pallet/crate packing must be approved by the customer
Two, glass products inspection and testing
1. Measurement size: the measured data shall not exceed the tolerance range of ±5%
2. Weight measurement: the measured data shall not exceed the tolerance range of ±5%
3. Capacity measurement: Fill the product with water, then pour the water in the product into the measuring cup and read the reading. The measured data do not exceed the tolerance range of ±5%
4. Thermal shock detection: put 85±5 degrees Celsius water into the product for 3 minutes; Drain the hot water, immediately, into the product 35±5 degrees Celsius water for 3 minutes
5. Tilt test: put the designed volume of water into the product, and put the product in the most unfavorable position under normal working condition on the 10 degree inclined plane.
6. Water leakage test: Fill the product with water or add the designed volume of water and place it on white paper for 5 minutes
7. Box slamming test
