Overview

JR Safe□-12/24 SF6 Gas-insulated Ring Main Unit (hereinafter referred to as gas-insulated cabinet) is a new generation of switchgear, uses exclusive load switch and vacuum circuit breaker as the main switch. The components such as copper bar of the primary circuit, load switch, vacuum circuit breaker and grounding switch are enclosed in SF6 gas tank. It is impact and extensible, and suitable for distribution automation. It is featured with simple structure, flexible operation and reliable interlocking, can provide satisfactory technical solutions for various applications (especially those harsh environments) and meet different user requirements. Its sensor technology, latest protection relay, advanced technical performance and flexible operation can fully meet the changing market demands. It is suitable for small secondary substations, switching stations, cubicle substations, residential quarters, industrial and mining enterprises, and shopping malls, especially suitable for airports, subways, railways and other places where have higher demands for power supply.

GB/T11022-2011 Common specifications for high-voltage switchgear and controlgear standards;

GB/3906-2006 Alternating-current metal-enclosed switchgear for rated voltages above 3.6 kV and up to and including 40.5 kV;

GB/3804-2004 High-voltage alternating-current switches for rated voltage above 3.6 kV and less than 40.5 kV.

Service conditions

Ambient air temperature: within -25℃~+40℃ (average value within 24h should not exceed 35℃);

Altitude: ≤ 2000m;

Air humidity: daily mean relative humidity≤ 95%, monthly mean ≤ 90%;

Electromagnetic interference range induced in secondary system should not exceed 1.6KV.

Main features

Cabinet structure: gas filled compartment is of 3mm thick stainless steel plate welded by welding robot after laser cutting and CNC bending process, with less welding deformation and good air-tightness. The rest compartment is of high-quality cold-roll steel sheets assembled after CNC bending processing, characterized by high accuracy and good strength; every functional unit is an independent module, easy to assemble. Every sealed compartment of cabinet is equipped with separate pressure releasing channel to guarantee personal safety and equipment operation furthest.   

Gas-insulated SF6 metal-enclosed all-insulation series cabinet takes SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulating medium; switch cabinet is fully sealed and insulated; busbar, switch and electrical parts are totally sealed in stainless steel enclosure and chamber is filled with 1.4bar SF6 gas to reach protection level of IP65; the whole switch device is completely unaffected by external environmental conditions. Even though it is immersed in water for a short period and under other extreme conditions, normal operation of switch can be guaranteed and product is maintenance-free for life. Switch cabinet is equipped with perfect “five-prevention” interlocking device which can totally eradicate personnel and equipment operation failure caused by misoperation of personnel; all switch cabinets are equipped with reliable safe pressure releasing pathway to guarantee personnel safety even under extreme conditions. Switch cabinet is divided into fixed unit combination and expandable unit combination; incoming and outgoing lines are installed from front of switch cabinet and side-entry line or side extension can be realized in accordance with different installation positions; cabinet is small in size, easy to install, and can be suitable for places with limited space and bad environmental conditions; cabinet switch can be configured with electric, remote and monitoring devices based on users’ diversified demands.
