Overview

 XGN15-12(F) and XGN15-12(F.R) Cubicle Fixed Type Alternating-current Metal-enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is applicable to ring net power supply system with rated frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 12kV and rated current of 630A and below and is also suitable to be installed in prefabricated substation to control and protect electric system. The product features built-in FLN36-12D SF6 load switch or FLRN36-12D SF6 switch-fuse combinations, characterized by beautiful appearance, simple structure, small volume, light weight and reliable interlocking etc. It is a new generation of medium-voltage switchgear necessary for urban power grid reconstruction and construction.

Service conditions

The ambient air of installation site should be free of fire, explosive danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion or severe vibration;

Ambient temperature: within -10℃~+40℃;

Altitude: ≤1000m;

 Ambient humidity: daily mean relative humidity≤95%; monthly mean≤90%;

Seismic intensity: ≤ Ms8.

 Main features

Switchgear consists of cabinet body, main switch (SF6 load switch or combination unit), grounding switch, instrument chamber, busbar and other electrical elements and auxiliary elements. Cabinet is assembled through modulization forming of aluminum-zinc-applied steel plate. Pressure releasing channel is set up behind the cabinet to protect operators in case of internal faults.

Busbar cladding insulation in busbar chamber is directly connected to terminal block of load switch. Three-phase busbar is arranged lengthwise to extend switchgear arbitrarily to the left and right, with layout easy to change.

Instrument chamber is above the switchgear and can be equipped with ampere meter, voltage meter, indicating light and electric operating mechanism etc.
