Seawater electrolysis NaOCl generation
There is large quantity of suspended solid particle in seawater which has big influence on sodium hypochlorite generator the electrolysis efficiency. Therefore before the seawater is pumped into electrolysis unit, it must pass through filter to remove particles larger than 5 mm diameter. After filtration seawater flows into electrolysis unit and produces 500-2000ppm NaOCl solution. The solution enters NaClO tank. H2 is separated from NaClO solution in the tank and diluted to safe concentration by blower, then discharged into air. NaClO solution is added to the seawater which needs microorganism control via continuously dosing pump and impact dosing pump. Design key points: Consulting us about model selection when the temperature of inlet seawater is below 15°C or salt concentration of inlet seawater is below 38g/L, for electrolysis efficiency will be reduced. Unit size does not include storage tank, choose it according to specific conditions. Rectifier does not require a single room for the electrolysis unit is sealed. Generated hydrogen is diluted to safe concentration and then discharged outside of the room by blower, the equipment room must have good ventilation equipments and four ventilation pipes connecting to outside on the four corners, wind hat is required outside the room.
