A tipical electro chlorination system The advanced electrode technology is applied in the electro chlorination system, which can produce the sodium hypochlorite solution with the concentration 200-2500ppm. The sodium hypochlorite can be stored in the tanks for later dosing/shock dosing in order to prevent biofouling, the growth of algae and shelf-fish. Avaliable chlorite production of electrolysis module ranges from 1 to 10 kg/h by increasing the electrolysis modules. The largest chlorite production capacity of single equipment is up to 100kg/h, larger equipments can be customized. Model table

Design key points: Consulting us about model selection when the temperature of inlet seawater is below 15°C or salt concentration of inlet seawater is below 38g/L, for electrolysis efficiency will be reduced. Unit size does not include storage tank, choose it according to specific conditions. Rectifier does not require a single room for the electrolysis unit is sealed. Generated hydrogen is diluted to safe concentration and then discharged outside of the room by blower, the equipment room must have good ventilation equipments and four ventilation pipes connecting to outside on the four corners, wind hat is required outside the room.
