Overview
Nanofiltration is a separation technology between reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration membrane. It can achieve higher water flow in low pressure (0.5 ~ 1.0 Mpa). Total salt removal rate is about 50 ~ 70 %. For the bivalent ions such as Ca2 +, magnesium 2 +, etc. The removal rate is especially more than 90%. Nanofiltration membrane can not only be used for moderate water softening and desalting, and also can be used for removing THMFP, chromaticity, bacteria, soluble organic matter and some metal ions, etc.
Nanofiltration equipment works basically the same as reverse osmosis, and basic process is exactly the same.
