Kaolinite Fireclay Bricks For Blast Furnace

Fireclay bricks that exhibit porosity as low as 15. These bricks contain ultra-fine additives that fills the pores. PYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:  Al2O3 content ranges from 42% to 48%  Fe2O3 less than 1.6%  Apparent porosity no higher than 16  Refractoriness under load is  higher than 1430℃     AREAS OF APPLICATION:   Widely used on the upper stacks of blast furnaces for its exellent wear and abrasion resistence capabilities. Also used as the inlay of BF cooling walls, in which case the bricks are subjected to a fruther phosphoric impregnation process. Used in other envrionment where excessive wear and abrasion is present.   FURTHER NOTES:   These bricks come in a variety of shapes as per customers' requirements.
