The difference between all in one type freeze dryer and split type freeze dried machine

1. Production efficiency.

Pre-freezing and freeze-drying are carried out in one freeze-drying bin; for split type freeze-dryer, pre-freezing and freeze-drying are two separate bins, so pre-freezing and freeze-drying can be carried out simultaneously, which greatly improves the production efficiency;

 

2. Input capacity

The amount of material that can be handled by the integrated freeze dryer is generally small, about 10kg~200kg.And the amount of material that can be handled by split type freeze dryer is generally larger, about 300kg~2000kg.

 

3. Working method

One-piece freeze dryer is to directly contact the cooling medium with the sample and then remove the moisture of the material; while split freeze dryer is to use radiation energy to cool and heat the material and remove the moisture of the material.
