DC high frequency soft switch power supply for electrolysis description:
The inverter soft switch electrolysis rectifier adopts IGBT high frequency inverting soft switch rectifier technology. This electrolytic rectifier is mainly used as all kinds of metal and nonmetal surface electroplating rectifier power supplies, such as electroplating zinc, nickel, chrome, titanium, and so on. The inverter soft switch electrolysis rectifier can also be used as electrolysis rectifier power supply, ordinary anodizing power supply, DC heating power supply and used in other occasions where DC power supply is used. This electrolytic rectifier can realize many protection functions, such as open phase protection; over voltage, under voltage, fast fuse blown fuse alarm and circuit breaker protections. The inverter soft switch electrolysis rectifier also possesses functions of output over current and current limiting protections; output short circuit and instantaneous overload protections; IGBT switch modules, rectifier components, bus copper bar overheating and other protections. Main Technical Features of This Electrolytic Rectifier:
1. The inverter soft switch electrolysis rectifier owns small volume and light weight. The size smaller 70% of SCR, and the weight lighter 60%.
2. This electrolytic rectifier adopts IGBT inverter soft switch rectifier, which can save 5% electricity than common switch rectifier power supplies and save 15-25% than SCR.
3. Rectifier transformer's iron core adopts high-quality ultra-fine crystalline material. Compared to common switch rectifier transformer, the no-load loss of this switching rectifier is less than 2% and can save 4-5% electricity.
4. Our inverter soft switch electrolysis rectifiers use DSP microcomputer digital PWM (pulse width modulation) control. 
5. This electrolytic rectifier provides constant current and constant voltage output control modes for clients.
6. Customers can choose different remote control boxes. The host and remote control box are separately installed making on-site operation more convenient.
7.
