Ⅲ. Structure description and working principle
1, structure,
Activated carbon regenerative kiln ZSL-80kg /h is composed of seven parts: rotary cylinder body, thermal insulation kiln body, spiral feeding, head cover, tail cover, kiln tilt regulator, electrical control cabinet and so on. The rotary cylinder is a rotating, heated device, which is rotated by the motor through the chain drive. In its internal drying, carbonization, activation treatment. Control cabinet by controlling the cylinder motor speed, so that the activated carbon in the cylinder body is heated evenly, and determine the residence time in the barrel.
2. Working principle
Activated carbon adsorption for thermal decomposition and refractory organic matter, through the high temperature of activated carbon heating, so that part of the volatile organic matter, part of the carbonization, and then carbide and activated carbon body synchronous activation, complete the overall regeneration. The whole process of regeneration can be divided into three processes:
1) Drying process
The water-bearing activated carbon is heated, so that the adsorption water in the carbon particles is evaporated, and part of the low boiling point of organic compounds is also volatile.
2) carbonization process
Activated carbon continues to heat up, different organic matter with the temperature rise, respectively in the form of volatilization, decomposition, carbonization, oxidation from the matrix of activated carbon to eliminate or transform.
3) Activation stage
Organic matter after high temperature carbonization, quite a part of the carbide residue in microporous activated carbon, the carbide with water vapor oxidation gas such as activation reaction, make the residual carbon gasification into gas, microporous activated carbon is cleared, and its expanding ability of the activated carbon gasification into gas also generate some new microporous, both joint action, activated carbon is activated.
