  Application:  Widely used in the industry of chemical , mechanical and deinking pulp bleaching, especially for the  oxidants like H2O2 or CLO-.    Images:                Usage of Chelating Agent            For example, in preparation of 25 ± 1%: add 750 kg deionized water in enamel reaction kettle, then add 250 kg chelating dispersant concentration powder, stir evenly (pH = 3 ~ 4)     If PH value needed to be adjusted, add NaOH solution with deionized water (50%) slowly, then react neutralization for 15 minutes (temperature < 60 °C) to make products eventually achieve your request (pH value is less than 6)   Advice:   1. According to different needs, the different concentration of chelating dispersant can be prepared. But it is suggested that concentration < 30% (less than 30% is able to ensure the needs of printing and dyeing factory).   2. The application of deionized water to avoid the product chelate dispersing effect;   3. 50% NaOH must be prepared with high purity ionic membrane NaOH;   4. In neutralization, add alkali slowly, and the temperature < 60 °C in case of precipitation    Welcome to contact us for more details or samples!
