Chelating agent for paper industry   CZAH-01 is one kind of chelating agents designed for pulping and bleaching, it has a strong ability to bind with dissolved metal ions. Under the alkaline environment, CZAH-01 has excellent performance in binding metal ions, especially for the highly-charged metal ions. It’s proven stable under high temperature (200°C) and high PH. It’s more effective in practice compared with other organics in resistance to acid and alkaline or chlorine oxidation. By chelating metal ions and clear their catalysis decomposition to oxidant like H2O2 or CLO-, it could effectively prevent the ions from being deposited as residue on your equipment. It could also be used to protect the pulp fiber, prevent the pulp return yellow and enforce the effect of bleach dispersity     Technical datas of chelating agent:

  Application of chelating agent: Widely used in the industry of chemical , mechanical and deinking pulp bleaching, especially for the oxidants like H2O2 or CLO-.    Performance features of chelating agent: 1. Chelate metal ions and clear their catalysis decomposition to oxidant like H2O2 or CLO-, save the bleach agents.   2. Chelating and dispersing the heavy metal ions, prevent the ions like Fe3+ from chemical reactions forming dark compounds. Protect pulp fiber, increase the whiteness and prevent the pulp return yellow.   3. Prevent the ions like Ca2+, Mg2+ from precipitation reaction, and remove the original residue gradually.   4. Have the characteristics of dispersion, improve the dispersion of Na2SiO4 .   5. Protect the pulp fiber from damage of chemicals like NaOH.   6. Compared with the traditional chelating agents DTPA or EDPA, better cost performance.
