  zinc metal coating spray working principle   Supersonic arc spray machine sends two spraying metal wires to the two electric mouths of spray gun, and the electric mouths link to the high-current and low-voltage two electrodes. When the two metal wires contact with each other, there will be a short circuit which can make an arc, and the metal wire would be melted by the 5000℃ heat which is  produced by the arc. Then the melted wire would be pulverized to micro particles by high-velocity compressed air.These micro particles then are sprayed on the surface of workpiece by the compressed air with a supersonic speed (above 400m/s) to make a coating.
