Flexible Composite Offshore Pipe

GOLSUN OTP Structure: high density polyethylene( HDPE ) liner, steel wire tensile layer, abrasion resistance layer, steel unbonded reinforcement layer,

high density polyethylene protective layer, steel tape weight adding layer, external high density polyethylene jacket. Available 2", 3",44" and 6 " internal 

diameter sizes with 750 psi, 1000 psi, 1500 psi and 2300 psi pressure ratings and the maximum operating temperature is 60 ℃.

Its characteristic is high pressure and temperature resistance, impact and corrosion resistance.

The offshore pipeline is used in underwater for transportation of oil, gas, polymer and water.

The limitation of the water depth is about 40 meters. There is no need to perform water injection   

 during the installation since the density of empty pipe is bigger than the density of water.

Offshore pipeline is suitable for Flowline Systems; for riser systems purpose, additional design and analysis are required.
