6 Inch Offshore Reinforced Pipe

GOLSUN ^® OTP Structure: high density polyethylene liner, steel wire tensile layer,

 unbonded steel tape reinforcement layer, high density polyethylene protective layer,

 steel tape weight adding layer, and external high density polyethylene jacket.

 Available in 2", 3", 4", and 6" internal diameter sizes with 1500 psi and 2300psi pressure ratings 

 and the maximum continuous operating temperature is 140°F (60°C).

 GOLSUN ^® OTP without content is about 0.4 MPa. There is no need to perform water injection   

 during the installation since the density of empty pipe is bigger than the density of water.

 GOLSUN ^® OTP is suitable for Flowline Systems; for riser systems purpose, additional design and analysis are required.

Multi-layer and anti-buoyancy design.

Water depth approximately 40m (130ft).

Manufacturing, Testing, Installation, and Qualification are complied with API SPEC 17J.

Oil, Gas, Water transportation system.

Spool-able Reinforced Composite Pipe, simplified installation, cost of installation is considerably less than steel pipe by 50%.

GOLSUN ^® Connection Systems include Gas-venting System.

Approved in the field application test of the projects Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela and Bohai Bay in China.
