Solvent-borne epoxy floor is designed as concrete or mortar floor coating for decoration, anti-dust and anti-skidding by rolling and brushing it over the ground

Application
Designed as high compression floor coating for slip proof, chemical resistance and decoration, especially for underground garage and slip-proof road or alleyway. This product is optional in the type of the quartz-sand according to consumer's request.

Procedure
1. Cleaning: To make sure that all the dust, oil, slop and ash on the floor have been cleaned off. Brush the primer after the ground dried.
2. Primer: Roll the primer on the floor with the roller. Brush the midcoat after the primer dried.
3. Midcoat: Scratch the midcoat for 2 times and leveling it after its solidified. Thickness is 0.4mm-0.6mm. Brush the topcoat after its dried.
4. Topcoat: Roll the topcoat on the midcoat floor for 2 times. Thickness is 0.2mm-0.3mm

Storage and transport
1. Organic solvents, storage and transportation should be according to the rules of dangerous products.
The insolation and calefaction are absolutely forbidden.
2. This product is composed of 2 parts. The part of resin is 20kg per metal pail; The part of solidification is 4kg per metal pail
3. The storage period of this product is 12 months
4. The product should be equably churned up by machine before using.
