Epoxy Zinc-rich Bicomponent Primer for Steel Structure

Composition
The corrosion resistant epoxy resin, polyamide resin, superfine zinc powder, complex fillers, additives composition.
Divided into different packing as one component and two component
The varnish has excellent anti-corrosion properties.
Apply to anti-corrosion primer for steel structuer.

Matters need attention:
The coated surfaces must derusting, except the oil, dust and other fixtures
Because of the difference in the proportion of pigment, must be used with and toss again to ensure onsistent ingredients, apply uniformly modulated in proportion, placed 20 mins for maturation rear can use.
If the last paint coating time is too long, use water sand paper to remove dust again from surface after the second time coatin in order to ensure the adhesion between two layers.
Construction tools shuold be clean and dry, shall not be mixed with water and other coating impurities, coating need to be used currently within 5 hours.
The film not completely dry between curing, should take protective measures, avoid by rain and other liquid washing and trampled.
Coating stored in low temperature is ventilated dry place, away from the heat source, avoid direct sunlight and isolated from the kinding.

Construction conditions should be in 10° C above, 85% or relative humidity, the coated surface temperature should be above the dew point 3° C above,
Under the conditions of rain, fog, snow and larger dust, no construction.
