CYPR DLC special purpose ring

CYPR special purpose ring is mainly used for marine engine, locomotive, oil drilling machinery, pile driving machine and generator set, etc.

The piston ring material includes cast iron (ductile cast iron, high alloy cast iron and alloy cast iron) and steel (stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel), the advanced coating, e.g. CCC, CDC, SFC are widely used. CYPR high performance piston ring has a good wear resistance, high (thermal) scuff resistance, long lifetime and superior fuel economy.

Coating description: Diamond Like Coating; magnetron sputtering; amorphous carbon film containing diamond and graphite structure.

Coated ring characteristic: Good self lubrication; form a gradient coating with CCC, CDC and PVD, or full life cycle coating with high wear resistance and excellent scuff resistance, no scuffing under boundary lubrication and high temperature.

Typical applications: Top ring of gasoline engine, high speed diesel engine, Euro V & above HDD adopted; piston ring with aluminum liner recommended to avoid aluminum sticking.
