CYPR CDC special purpose ring

CYPR special purpose ring is mainly used for marine engine, locomotive, oil drilling machinery, pile driving machine and generator set, etc.

The piston ring material includes cast iron (ductile cast iron, high alloy cast iron and alloy cast iron) and steel (stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel), the advanced coating, e.g. CCC, CDC, SFC are widely used. CYPR high performance piston ring has a good wear resistance, high (thermal) scuff resistance, long lifetime and superior fuel economy.

Coating description: Typical multilayer structure; electro-deposit; diamond micro particles inlaid into coating mesh and pores.

Coated ring characteristic: High wear resistance; high thermal scuff resistance, no scuffing up to 290 degree centigrade ring groove temperature; superior mechanical load resistance with good performance under high combustion pressure.

Typical applications: Top ring of Euro V & above diesel engine adopted; taper or step land oil control ring with high contact pressure recommended.
