3A21 Aluminum Sheet is a common product of aluminum manganese alloy series. Due to the manganese alloy element, 3A21 Aluminum Plate has excellent antirust characteristics, also known as antirust aluminum plate.

3A21 Alloy Sheet is al Mn alloy, which is the most widely used antirust aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working method is used to improve its mechanical properties: it has high plasticity in annealing state, good plasticity in semi cold work hardening, low plasticity in cold work hardening, good corrosion resistance, good weldability and poor machinability. It is mainly used for low load parts that require high plasticity and good weldability and work in liquid or gas medium, such as oil tank, gasoline or lubricating oil conduit, various liquid containers and other low load parts made by deep drawing: wire rod is used to make rivets.
Aluminum plate refers to the rectangular plate rolled from aluminum ingot, which is divided into pure aluminum plate, alloy aluminum plate, thin aluminum plate, medium thickness aluminum plate and pattern aluminum plate.

Production Process

1. Aluminum plate manufacturers supply aluminum and aluminum alloy plates and strips in hot rolling state, annealing state, various levels of soft state and various thermal treatment and treatment states.
2. Preparation before hot rolling mainly includes ingot quality inspection, soaking, sawing, milling, aluminum coating and heating.

3. During semi continuous casting, the cooling rate is very high, the diffusion process in the solid phase is difficult, and it is easy to form uneven chemical composition and structure in the ingot, such as intracrystalline segregation, which reduces the plasticity.
4. When there are segregation, floating objects, slag inclusion, scabs, cracks and other defects on the ingot surface, the aluminum plate manufacturer tells you to mill the surface (see non-ferrous alloy ingot milling surface), which is an important factor to ensure the good surface quality of the finished product.
5. Hot rolling: the hot rolling of aluminum alloy ingots is to provide billets for cold rolling or directly produce thick plates in hot rolling state.
6. Hot rolling process system includes pass reduction rate, rolling temperature, rolling speed and lubrication cooling.
