Product Description

1070a aluminum plate is industrial pure aluminum. Industrial pure aluminum has the general characteristics of aluminum, low density, good conductivity and thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and good plastic processing performance. It can be processed into plates, strips, foils and extruded products, and can be used for gas welding, argon arc welding and spot welding. Industrial pure aluminum cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but its strength can be improved by cold deformation. The only form of heat treatment is annealing.

1070a Aluminum sheet belongs to industrial pure aluminum, which has high plasticity, corrosion resistance, conductivity and thermal conductivity, but it has low strength, can not be strengthened by heat treatment and poor machinability; It can be gas welding, hydrogen atom welding and contact welding, and is not easy to braze; Easy to bear all kinds of pressure processing, drawing and bending.

It is widely used in products with low strength requirements, such as chemical instruments, sheet processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave utensils, welding parts, heat exchangers, clock surface and disk surface, nameplates, kitchenware, decorations, reflective utensils, etc.

Production Process

1. Aluminum plate manufacturers supply aluminum and aluminum alloy plates and strips in hot rolling state, annealing state, various levels of soft state and various thermal treatment and treatment states.
2. Preparation before hot rolling mainly includes ingot quality inspection, soaking, sawing, milling, aluminum coating and heating.

3. During semi continuous casting, the cooling rate is very high, the diffusion process in the solid phase is difficult, and it is easy to form uneven chemical composition and structure in the ingot, such as intracrystalline segregation, which reduces the plasticity.
4. When there are segregation, floating objects, slag inclusion, scabs, cracks and other defects on the ingot surface, the aluminum plate manufacturer tells you to mill the surface (see non-ferrous alloy ingot milling surface), which is an important factor to ensure the good surface quality of the finished product.
5. Hot rolling: the hot rolling of aluminum alloy ingots is to provide billets for cold rolling or directly produce thick plates in hot rolling state.
6. Hot rolling process system includes pass reduction rate, rolling temperature, rolling speed and lubrication cooling.
