ZYFM-1050 Automatic Thermal Film Laminating Machine Product Description   This machine is full-automatic high-speed and energy-efficient film laminating machine, which adopts PLC control, temperature module, frequency converter, servo drive, synchronous operation of each unit. It can work with thermal film and non glue film coating technology. It has advantages of effective, energy saving, fast and easy to operate. It is suitable for mass industrial lamination with various materials like PP, PET and Nylon.   1. Paper feeder adopts vacuum air pump and high speed feeder to feed paper. It can feed paper non-stop and improve the work efficiency. 2. Servo-controlled overlap is more accurate and stable. 3. High accuracy intelligent homothermal heating system guarantees even temperature of heating roller. 4. Automatic hydraulic system can provide stable pressure. 5. Automatic film elevator reduces work load. The whole machine can be operated by only one operator. 6. Pneumatic cutting system. The operator only needs to input the paper size on the touch screen, and then it can cut paper automatically. 7. The paper collecting unit adopts a new corrugated curved paper system, which completely solve the problem of tissue paper (≤105g) collection. 8.
