    Product Description   ZPL  rotary pill press machine  is designed for small or medium test, and it is suitable for large and small tablets and multi-standard tablet small production. Because of adopting whole cast on host chassis, it is especially good machine rigidity, low noise, and smooth operation for tableting machine. This machine is an intelligent small rotary tablet machine, which maximum pressure of the machine is 80 KN. furthermore, the system uses PLC control. Touch screen can display working turntable speed; customer can set the system pressure, filling depth, pre-press and the main press, tablet yield. Customer can set the system pressure, average pressure filling pressure, pre-press and the main pressure, tablet production. This machine has an emergency stop, overload protection and can record and display overpressure fault content. Can read U disk or print every ten minutes work time data. Feature: 1 single-pressure, single ejection .it can press granular materials into round and shaped tablets with IPT die 2 main pressure and pre-pressure 3 speeds is adjusted by frequency inverter 4 PLC programming and touch screen, so it has digital display 5. USB interface can enable to collect data in the operating state n. 6. Main drive structure is reasonable and has good driving stability. 7. Overload protection for motor with emergency stop device.. 8. Ambient cover is fully enclosed of stainless steel, the parts contact with the drugs adopts stainless steel 9. Turret surface is specially treated to prevent cross-contamination.
