    Product Description   ZP35B pill maker machine can adjust the pressure according to the different shapes of tablets. In addition, hydraulic pressure can be set and it has an overload protection device. Moreover, high-pressure valve, which has a highly reliable stability, is made from Hawe, German. Since the cylinder will be subject to certain radial forces that make cylinder swing in the compression process, we install positioning systems at the side of the roller rack cylinder in order to improve cylinder life. Furthermore, the latest version of the hydraulic ZP35B adopts PLC programming and a touch screen with a digital display and USB interface, enabling consumers to collect data from working condition. What is more, we replace dual stainless steel panel with an entire stainless steel panel, so it can effectively prevent the possibility of dust from leaking material to the mechanical device below press room and improve the reliable operation of the machinery.
