The series of heavy-duty top hammer surface blast hole drill rigs are developed and manufactured by Zhejiang ZEGA Machinery Co., Ltd. with diesel engine, air compressor and automated hydraulic control system on board. They are standardly equipped with cabin, automatic drill rod changer, heavy-duty tramming motor and chassis with leveling mechanism. The smooth drilling system, fast moving and good cross terrain capability make them suitable for any complicated rock drilling applications. The rigs equipped with two stages dust collector are environmental friendly and are widely used in various construction and mining applications. High efficiency, energy saving, environment friendly and safety make it suitable to global market.
The main features
Medium or small hole size, High rock penetration rate, low fuel consumption.
High efficiency
The rig can drill more holes just positioned once and can copes all kinds of original landform to be drilled with its’ flexible boom and cross terrain capability. Its penetration rate is 50% faster than a DHT rig when the hole diameter is less than 115mm within 15m deep and assuming the rock condition is homogeneous and stable.
Energy saving
The rig is equipped with own designed ZY104 hydraulic rock dill (Hydraulic pressure:23Mpa, Power: 20KW). All the strengths such as precise boom positioning, automatic rod handling function , drilling efficiency and rapid transitions have made the rig’ operation cost per drillmeter to be unparalleled competitive.
Environmental protection
Standard two stage dry type (optional wet type) dust collector make the rigs environment friendly.
Safety
