Product description
Dispersion ZDBC-80 Masterbatch
ZDBC vulcanizes very fast in natural rubber and SBR, NBR, EPDM synthetic rubber. Thiuram and thiazole accelerators reduce vulcanization rates and improve process safety. Compared with ZDEC, ZEPC and ZDMC, this product has shorter scorch time and longer curing time. A small amount of ZDBC can be used as a secondary accelerator for thiol or thiuram accelerators. Vulcanizates have good tensile strength and resilience, and the use of antioxidants in NR and IR can improve heat resistance.

Approx. 80 wt% Zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate (ZDBC/BZ)

2. Application:
Ultra accelerator for the vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers, usually kept below 1phr and combined
with other carbamates to avoid blooming.
