Z200 magnetic proximity sensor used to detect the status of the fixed cement drum device with the embedded system or SCADA. 1 Overview The DZ200 is one kind of magnetic proximity sensor, which is specially designed for cement drum (mixer) rotation orientation detection.  It has two wire for output. One wire will be high level for more than 30 seconds while clockwise direction or anti-clockwise direction. While rotation stops, two wires keep low level.  It is applicable for status of mixing or discharging for the cement drum. As a result, it can be used to detect if there is illegal discharging (output/unload) for the cement drum vehicle. Also, it can be used to detect the status of the fixed cement drum device with the embedded system or SCADA. In order to realize remote monitoring, there are wireless module which can be work with  DZ200, including zigbee, Wifi, GPRS, 3G. Furthermore, GPS tracker is also available for the DZ200.      2 Specification

    3 Mechanical Drawing   (Notes: only for reference, real product update frequently without notification.)   4 System Diagram     Please notify the mark of A->B at the top of the cylinder.    If the magnetic coin S (not N) is near and pass from the cylinder top in direction of A->B , white line will output high level voltage and keep high level voltage before next coming.But Black line will keep low level voltage.   If B->A,black line output high level voltage(1~2V lower than power supply voltage,e.g. 10.3V output ad 12V supply.) before next coming. And white line will output low level voltage.    If no coin pass from the top, the white line and black line are all low level voltage.   The distance between coin S and cylinder top should be shorter than 2 cm.     5 Interface Definition   Brown line: +12V~24VDC   Blue line: GND   Black line: anti-clockwise signal   White line: clockwise signal   6 Installation & Cases   6.1 Frame Installation   Wield the frame with vehicle, put the cylinder could focus on the bolt on the drum as below.     6.2 Output test Passing coins according to the mark, make sure which output high level for mixing and discharging status. Then connect the output signal to your device port.    6.3 maganetic coins mounting and mark orientation fixing Because vehicles have different mixing running orientation, please based on mixing orientation to decide coinsposition and AB mark fixing.  The magnetic strength is enough to fix the magnetic coins. But if you want to get more stable, please use glue or other bonding compound. Because the red light flash time is about 1 minute, so before it turn off, the coin need to pass the cylinder again. So if the drum rotate speed of output is much lower, you need to put more coins on the drum to insure the red light will keep on. 6.4 Cases   7 Package
