Care And Use Of Copper Grill and Bake Mats?

Wash your Cook`s Aid Grill and Bake Mat thoroughly before first use.

Dishwasher, BBQ, freezer, microwave and oven safe up to 260°C/500°F. 

Place any types of food directly on the mat. 

Direct expose to high flame will damage the mat. 

Don`t use metal or sharp knife that may scrape or puncture the non-stick surface. 

Grill Mat could be cut into any size to fit the oven.

How to grill Galbi with Copper grilling mats?

Place the ribs in a large stockpot and cover with cold water. 

Soak ribs, refrigerated, for 1 hour to pull out any blood. Drain.

Combine garlic, onion, and Asian pear in a blender and puree. 

Pour into a large bowl and stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, and black pepper. 

Marinate ribs in the soy mixture, covered, overnight.

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and place the copper grill mat on the BBQ.

Grill ribs until the meat is tender and the outside is crusty, 5 to 10 minutes per side.
