Loader hydraulic steering system: working principle
1. The rotational speed of the pump wheel in the torque converter is the same as that of the engine. The transfer gear on the pump wheel drives the steering pump drive shaft gear to rotate and the steering pump starts to work. The purple circle is the transfer gear, which is the power source of the steering pump and hydraulic working pump. The engine drives the transfer gear to rotate, so that the steering pump drive shaft gear rotates.
2. The steering pump rotates at a high speed to suck in the hydraulic oil and deliver it to the flow amplifying valve.
3. The high-pressure oil from the steering pump directly enters the flow amplifying valve, and the pressure is relatively high. In order to protect the hydraulic components, an overflow valve is set inside. Part of the hydraulic oil enters the pressure reducing valve. Another part of the excess hydraulic oil overflows back to the hydraulic oil tank.
4. After the high pressure oil passes through the overflow valve of the flow amplification valve, it enters the pressure reducing valve. The red circle is the incoming high-pressure oil. After decompression, part of it is returned to the fuel tank, and the other part enters the P port of the steering gear, and the O port returns to the fuel tank. When turning left or right, the oil return port is closed. High-pressure oil enters L port or R port.
5. When turning right, the high-pressure oil at port R enters the black circle, pushing the valve stem, and the high-pressure oil enters the yellow circle to the right steering cylinder. When turning left, the high-pressure oil from the L port enters the red circle, pushing the valve stem, and the high-pressure oil enters the purple circle to the left steering cylinder.
