Widely used 1.1-8MM high quality  eco-friendly /copper free /lead free mirror sheet     Product Description Our factory manufacture both aluminium coated high quality mirror sheet and silver coated high quality mirror sheet ( including copper free lead free high quality mirror sheet ) made of quality clear float glass or various color tinted float glass with thickness ranging from 1.1mm to 8mm. Cutting, edgeworking, vinyl backing ( CAT I and CAT II ), drilling, silkscreen printing, tempering, sandblasting, etc could all be fine processed in our factory. 1- Aluminum Coated Glass Mirror Sheet Aluminum coated glass mirror sheet, is produced through vacuum coating, I.E, let the melt aluminum spash on the clear flot glass surface in the vacuum chamber, and then coated with two layers of protective paint. Quality mirrors are coated with double paint. It's also called vacuum mirror, copper-free mirror, aluminized mirror, etc.     Features: 1) Thickness: 2mm to 6mm; 2) Standard size: 1830mm x 1220mm, 1650mm x 2200mm, 1830mm x 2440mm; 3) Double layer of protective paint, paint color can be gray, green, or customized; 4) Copper-free aluminum mirror will cause no harm to the environment; 5) Widely used for furniture, cosmetic mirror, make up mirror, etc.; 6) Packed in seaworthy wooden crates, suitable for long distance sea transportation; 7) Customer size available, cut-to-size service available; 8) Vinyl back available.    2- Silver Coated Glass Mirror Sheet Silver coated glass mirror sheet, is a sheet of float glass with silver coating on its back in order to achieve images by reflection. A silver mirror is produced through a trinal processing work by coating silver film, copper film and two layers of waterproof paint on the back surface float glass.
