FAQ   1. How to measure the decorative area and quantity need to buy?     --You can offer us data or offer drawing and we can count it for you.  2. How can I get a sample from you?   -- Aixin always prepare  abundant samples for our customers to guarantee delivery samples to our clients soon at any time. And all the samples all for free. We will send these samples by express ,such as DHL. UPS.Fedex etc. Customers only need pay the freight. If the samples are customized, we will send the new samples after get customer’s sample 5 days, this also is free ,Customers also only need pay the freight. 3.How long is the lead time?   --Our delivery time always according to customer’s  quantity , But If one container glass mosaic order, we can finish within 20days, If your order only 1-2 pallets, we will finish it within 7-10days. 4.What’s your Payment items?   --Our payment items always 30% deposit to arrange the production, 70% balance should be paid before delivery, In another hand, we also accept L/C at sight. 5.How is your quality guarantee?   --We are always pay high demandingness for our quality , In the hole production progress, we will check the quality, we will pick out  the unqualified semi-finished chips, after that,we have the professional QC will do the quality checking. Then when loading, we will do the last quality checking and take all the photoes, then send these photo will be sent to our customer for proving!
