Second, development of suppliers

1. Our procurement personnel collect relevant information of relevant suppliers or contractors through multi-party information channels, and conduct preliminary communication with these suppliers or contractors: request relevant technical materials, quotation forms, etc., if necessary, request samples for us to test. ;

2. After preliminary comparison, find a relatively suitable business for substantive communication (for large-volume or important raw materials, if necessary, conduct on-the-spot comprehensive assessment), and form a "price-seeking list" through factors such as price, performance, and service. And as a basis for selecting suppliers.

3. Track the arrival and use of samples;

4. Initial cooperation can be carried out after passing the inspections: proofing, small batch purchase, etc.;

5. Initial assessment is completed to make an assessment. After the qualification is determined, it is selected as a qualified supplier or processor. If there are still problems, it is required to improve within a time limit until it meets our standards.
