Description:
WFB are series of new high-tech product developed independently by technicians of our factory. They are formed through the physical and chemical reaction of rare-earth, foam regulator, high-efficient synergist, stable compounds and lubricating compounds. This product can meet the requirements of different processing like free foaming, Celuka foaming, co-extrusion, etc.
With the use of WFB, no need to add other stabilizers, lubricants and foam regulator in formula.
1. Application scope: PVC profile, wood-plastic foaming products
2. Features
A. No lead.
B. High foaming ratio; products with fine bubble and low density.
C. Excellent thermostability, initial whiteness, and weather resistant.
D. Resistance to precipitate; wide processing range; long production period.
E. Well compatible with PVC, promote the melting, improve product’s mechanical property.
3. Suggested dosage: It’s used according to actual situation. Different technic or production cost needs different dosage. But normally add 15~25.
4. Package: 20~25kg/bag. Packed in multi-layer composites bag which protect from moisture, sunlight and contamination.
