WC-6Co tungsten carbide pellet hardness can reach to HV0.3 1500-1700, so this pellet can be used as a adding material when manufacture welding rod and flexible welding rope in order to enhance surface wear resistance. The welding rod and rope that contains WC-6Co tungsten carbide pellet hard phase can be a good solution to oil & gas drill bits repair due to it's excellent abrasion resistance.
XTC welding rod GT3202, GT3302 and welding rope GS510 series all contains WC-6Co tungsten carbide pellet hard phase.
