Process Flow of Steel Pipe
Raw material (strip steel roll) →unwinding→cut the both
ends of metal strip and butt weld (from the user) →
storage silo→non-power flattening→forming rolling→
high frequency welding→remove burr outside weld
joint→cooling→weld joint polishing→sizing→blowing
-dry→enter into composite unit
Process Flow of Composite Pipe
Raw material (stainless steel strip steel roll) →unwinding
→ cut the both ends of metal strip and butt weld (from
the user) →Guide Device (the upper is finished steel
pipe, the lower is stainless steel metal strip) →composite
rolling→argon arc welding→weld joint polishing→sizing
→rough straightening→fixed-length cut-off→pipe
