Summary
Water in oil transmitter is used for monitoring of Monitoring of hydropower, thermal power plants and large pumping oil system's moisture content. When the oil tank, oil pipe water content exceeds the alarm settings, alarm signal to remind the staff on duty, timely inspection system, to ensure the safe operation of generating units.

Working principle
The device is composed of capacitive sensors and monitoring instruments. Capacitive sensor consists of an inner, outer electrode (equivalent to the capacitor two electrode) and a circuit part.
When the infiltration water in oil, because of the two dielectric constant varies greatly, The capacitor is composed of inner ,outer electrode value changes, From the Fang Bo frequency changes, after processing of signal amplification, the sensor output accordingly wave signal.
Monitoring instrument using intelligent digital circuit based on SCM. The current signal from the sensor,by low pass filtering, shaping and amplifying evacuation high precision V/F conversion chip, and then sent to the microcontroller timer.
At the same time, single-chip parallel output by the D/A conversion chip, converted into standard analog, for computer monitoring. The monitor software has powerful memory, buttons can be arbitrarily set alarm value through the full range, the moisture content exceeds the alarm set value, the relay, the panel LEDs. At the same time, monitor also provides working power sensor.
