1, Short technical specification of machine
Working process

Firstly, with the raw material oil pump put the raw material oil, waste oil, sludge, plastic oil, tire oil and coal tar. Put into the degumming tanks, then added the catalyst use the stir with air compressor to below after recycle heat once again return to degumming tanks, let standing for settlement release oil residue.

Secondly, use the recycle pump put the raw material oil in the distillation column. Then use the LG20 tube furnace for heating. After reached the boiling point, start evaporation (composition is different, the boiling point is different). When the evaporation to the certain temperature, open the recycle vacuum pump and water cooling cycle, through the shell hest exchanger gas into the liquid, then put the liquid into the cooler again. With the oil separation, the oil sludge into the residual oil storage tank, then for a second cycle of evaporation.

Thirdly, using vacuum system draining gas, and reduce the oil to the boiling point, achieve the goal of rapid evaporation.

3, Terms of Payment
Our company's rules is T/T.
(1)Deposit payment in the amount of 35% of machine price.
(2)The rest 60% payment of the machine price should be transferred to the seller's bank account within 5 days (after buyer make sure and certain that exact parts and machine will be load ) than before shipping the machine...And the shipment freight, insurance cost should pay to the seller together according to the ship company and insurance company price into the seller's account.
(3)The rest 5% payment of the machine price should be transferred to the seller's bank account within 2 days after the buyer and the seller will sign agreement of success of installing and the testing in the buyer's factory. Then the seller's engineer will begin training the buyer's engineer.

4, Aftersales Service
The Sellers shall guarantee all goods conform to samples/ Quality Specification submitted with regards to quality and condition.
The Seller shall guarantee that the equipment have 5 years warranty for useful life and 2 years warranty excluding motor, valves and easily broken parts under the correct operation.
If the warranty part broken or results is not to be expected in the warranty time and in the warranty condition, the seller should resolve the problem with in one month.
