Q: Are you a trading company, manufacture or distribution?      A: We are one of the most outstanding manufacturers for home improvement products in China. Our products ranges from elelctric fireplace, home heater, garden decoration to seansonal gifts. About electronic departments, we specialized in  insert/firebox/heater, wood mantel and polystone mantel, etc.   Re: Production 1. Q: How do you guarantee the quality?      A: Our factories are well-organised. We carry out inspection through every steps of production, from incoming material, molding, coating, assembling to final packing. We got our own inspection sheet and record the results to make sure every items suit for customers' requirements. Also, we accept your inspection if required.   2. Q: How can I place an order from you? What about your payment term, MOQ and delivery time?      A: Contact me via trademanager or send me inquiry with the requested item number, purchase quantity and detailed requirements. Then we will send you quotation firstly. If all details are confirmed such as price, packing ect, we will offer you the PI. After receiving the stamped PI and deposit, we would start production.             Payment term: we accept L/C, T/T (30% deposit in advance, the balanced against copy of B/L)             MOQ: generally 100pcs for items which already got toolings and certifications             Delivery Time: usually 60 days for mass production after deposit   3. Q: How about the warranty? Do you offer spare parts? What kind of spare parts and how much you can provide?      A: The warranty is 1 year. And yes, we offer spare parts, it includes remote control, motor, heater and blower. Generally, we offer 1% spare parts for total order.   4. Q: How do you deal with sample?     A: No free sample. You need to pay the cost of sample and freight. However if you place a reasonable order in near future, you will have the chance to get the reimbursement of the sample cost. It all depends on the order. Besides, it takes about 15 days for the sample in usual.   Re: Customized Design 1. Q: Do you accept customized design?      A: Of course, yes. We have a professional R&D team to design new items. We’ve made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can let us know your idea or provide us the drawing, we are pleased to work with you for any program that is feasible and potential.
