Delrin rod black virginPOM is a kind of dystectic, high crystallinity thermoplastic engineering plastic material, its mechanical property is very close to metal material.POM Acetal Copolymer as semi-crystalline material, acetal is characterized by a low coefficient of friction and good wear properties. Acetal homopolymers are available in several viscosity ranges that meet a variety of processing and end-user needs. Acetal copolymer include good dielectric strength, good dissipation factor, low dielectric constant over a range of frequencies, high volume resistivity, and excellent arc resistance. These properties exist with exceptional mechanical strength and heat resistance.Elastomer-modified grades offer greatly improved toughness. Moisture has little to no effect on acetal resin, and because of this, the dimensional stability of close tolerance fabricated items is excellent.
