User's manual for LZ(S)-6001D floor welder     Please read operating instructions carefully before use and keep it for further reference   APPLICATION Welding of PVC coverings and melt welding of linoleum floor coverings.   l Danger! Unplug the tool before opening it, as live components and connections are exposed. l Incorrect use of hot air tools can present a fire and explosion hazard, particularly in the proximity of flammable materials and explosive gases. l Danger of getting burned! Do not touch the heater tub and nozzle when they are hot, let the tool cool down. Do not point the hot air flow in the direction of people or animals. l Only connect the tool to a receptacle outlet with protective earth conductor. Any disconnection of the protective earth conductor, In or outside the tools dangerous! l Only use extension lead with a protective earth conductor. Caution The rated voltage stated on the tool must correspond with the main voltage. For personal protection, we strongly recommend the tool to be connected to an Residual Current Circuit Breaker before using it on construction sites. The tool much be operated under supervision. 1) Heat can ignite flammable materials which are not in view 2) Interference can impair the welding process when talking place in the vicinity of high-frequency installations. 3) Protect the tool from damp and wet TECHNICAL DATA Voltage: 230V Frequency: 50/60 HZ Capacity: 2100W Temperature: 80-530ºC Air flow: MAX. 250 l/min Speed: 1-7.5m/min Welding rod diameter: 4mm Applicable Material: PVC, melt welding of linoleum floor coverings     OPERATION 1. Operation condition 1) Check the nozzle setting: the nozzle must maintain a distance from the     base material and weld rod of about 2-3mm. 2) When welding linoleum, lower the cover onto the welding nozzle. 3) Connect the tools to the mains.   2. Tool positioning 1) Swivel hot air gun up to the stop using swivel lever 2) Position the automatic welding machine over the joint to be welded 3) Insert the welding rod through the welding rod guide tube, pull it under the     welding rod pressure roller and place it in the joint. 4) The guide roller must run in the welding joint.   3. Welding parameters 1)Turn on the power switch 2)Set welding speed to the required value 3)Turn on the hot air gun,  4)Set air temperature to the required value, heat up for until temperature display turn   to the required value. 5)Te contact pressure is effected through the weight of the automatic hot air    welding machine itself.   4. Welding procedure 1) Swivel hot air gun down to start welding. 2) Supervise the welding process: A) Guide roller must run in the joint.                             B) if necessary adjust the welding parameters.                       C) lower down the speed by speed knob before finish 3) Ending: When welding is finished, swing up the hot air gun to the stop by     swivel lever. 4) Cut off the welding rod. 5) Set the air temperature to zero to cool down the hot air gun,     then turn off the hot air gun switch. 6) Switch off the power switch.   Maintenance Clean the tool's air filter with a brush when dirty Clean welding nozzle with wire brush Check mains cable and plug for electrical and mechanical damage.   Warrant One year warrant except for heater Any guarantee claims for tools which are not in their original condition w
