Product Description   Vegetable Packing system include Multi-head weigher,Vertical packing machine and the handling equipment.  The feeding machine fill in the bracket with vegetables, slice vegetable and conveyor deliver the salad to the weigher(filling), the weigher with multiple-layer hoopers can realize precise weighing, then the packing machine feeded film roll will complete sealing and labeling.  Whether the vegetables dry or washed with water, we can design the weighers with specific configuration to realize precise weighing. The packing Speed can reach 20-60bags/min, depend on the bag weight and weighed vegetable flowability.   Automatic Multi-head weigher:  -CAN bus electronic structure.   -By using HBM (Germany) load cell and 32-bit DSP.   -PWM (Pulse Width Mode) feeder control and AFC (Automatic Feeder Control) function.   -Easy to start up and maintenance by built-in guide menu.   -Waterproof model is available in IP63 or IP66   About Packing machine:   - Using servo motor control in film pulling motion.   - Using Simens PLC and touch screen.   - Temperature of sealing jaw can be adjusted in the touch screen.   - Capable of 10 presets in the menu.   - Available in Twin type structure to save footprint.     We serve food plant who need integrated solutions for their production, the request maybe different  and machines are not standard !
