Production Process Introduction
After coarse crushing, fine crushing and screening, mined ores are crushed to the required particle size. Crushed ores then goes into grinding equipment such as ball mill, rod mill, and classifying equipment, for example, spiral classifier, in order to enable mineral particles reach the required granularity. Qualified ore powder will be separated by flotation machine, magnetic separation machine and other separating equipments. In the screening process, qualified concentrate powder will be selected, and the tailings will be sorted out. Fine ore powder goes into thickener and filtration equipment for dehydration, meeting the requirements for transportation and smelting.
Main Equipments for Ore Dressing
ZSW series vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, DTIIfixed belt conveyor, YA series circular vibrating screen, GZ series electromagnetic vibrating feeder, FC/FG spiral classifier, ball mill for ore dressing, XCF/KYF type mechanical agitation flotation machine and so on.
