In refrigerating system, outdoor refrigerator mechanism spreads on a layer in several various grades. In 3 parallel connection formats, then serially connected to high-pressure liquids supply pipe, low-pressure liquids supply pipe. Control circuit: composed of 4 circuits of indoor control circuit board, outdoor refrigerator control circuit board, outdoor control circuit board and variable drive module. Support of circuit board can be turned by 90 degrees, front and back boards of circuit board can be observed conveniently. The faults setting circuit can set 16 faults points, faults range is power supply, PG motor speed regulation, zero-passing detection, PG rotation speed detection, reset and voltage protection, remote control receive, various executive circuits. Faults setting circuit to set faults on indoor control circuit faults detection board, outdoor power supply circuit faults detection board, outdoor control circuit faults detection board. 3 faults detection boards, and set faults on faults setting boards. Main functions: 1. 18 faults points can be set by faults setting switch board, detected and found by faults detection board, which can be improved that faults are set by computer. 2. Working environment of air-conditioner can be changed, and frequency variation, relation between operating protection and temperature, voltage, current and working load, both of which can be observed to master working principle and process of control circuit in variable frequency air-conditioner better. 3. Voltage of power supply is adjustable: set a voltage regulator on inlet of power supply, regulating range is 0~300V AC, the protection control principle between power supply voltage and air-conditioner output frequency can be observed directly. 4. System expansion pressure experiment: an expansion valve is installed on condenser outlet and evaporator inlet, with a capillary and a through pipe. Total 3 paths and making and breaking on each path is controlled by manual valve. By regulating adjustment rod of expansion valve, system expansion pressure can be changed conveniently. 5. Disassembly training on air-conditioner.
