XPS With Grooved Surface

This board is made up of Extruded polystyrene (XPS) with the style of grooved surface. The lines on the surface can be different as required. This product can be applied for pipe heating system.

The grooved surface make it easy to install the pipe heating system.

The pipes can be installled into the grooves. The installation of pipes follows the shape of grooves.

And the concrete can be poured into the grooves, which make it easy for unskilled person.

If the baord is covered by aluminum foil or aluminum Panel, the energy could be spreaded efficently and evenly.

The size of the board and the distances between two grooves can be suit to requirements.

Normal size: 1200*1200*28mm

Pipe: 16mm or 20mm

It also be produced accordingly.
