Product description
The U+S Combined Sealing Ring is designed to provide optimal sealing performance for hydraulic equipment such as plungers, piston rods, air drills, telescopic cylinders, forging presses, and mobile machinery. Its star ring ensures pre-compression under low pressure or vacuum conditions, while the U-ring is loaded with the increase of system pressure. The sealing effect is insensitive to shock loads and pressure peaks, making it ideal for harsh working environments. The U+S has good wear resistance and anti-extrusion performance, and is suitable for use with petroleum-based hydraulic oil and emulsion. It is easy to install and can withstand temperatures ranging from -30℃ to +80℃.
Overview
U+S is a combined sealing ring. The star ring ensures the pre-compression amount under low pressure or vacuum conditions, the system pressure is transmitted to the sealing lip of the U-ring through the star ring, the U-ring is loaded with the increase of the system pressure, and the sealing effect is basically related to the temperature Regardless of the change, when the U-shaped ring is worn to a certain extent, the star-shaped ring plays a compensating role to ensure its sealing effect.
U+S has good wear resistance and anti-extrusion performance; insensitive to shock loads and pressure peaks; ideal sealing effect under no-load and low temperature conditions; suitable for harsh working environments; easy to install.
U+S is mainly used for sealing plungers, piston rods, air drills, telescopic cylinders, forging presses and mobile machinery and other hydraulic equipment.
