Tyre pyrolysis plant to oil carbon black & steel wire with CE&BV&ISO

The system adopts the pyrolysis catalytic reforming approach to contact the waste tyres to fuel oil.  This technology will decompose the waste tyres to molecular gas and oil by high temperature heating,  then catalytic reforming the end products through catalyst reactor to increase the aromatic hydrocarbon in oils and enhance the oil quality. This approach has flexible operation, low operating cost, good oil  quality and aso can get good carbon. The reason why to choose the horizontal rotating reactor is the  bigger heating transfer area, high impact and is very suitable to rubber products. The  pre-processing cost will be lower.   1. 3D Drawing of Pyrolysis Plant     2. Flow Chart   3. Percentages and usages of Final Products
