High quality PVC insulated control cable
APPLICATIONS:
It is the control cable being used for cranes and other appliances in dry or wet environment (indoor). For its special flexibility, it also can be used for non-continous installation or fixation, but can not work as elevator cables. Just insulated cable rope among cores functions as tensile resistance, There is non-woven fabric to release impact between cores and sheath.
STRUCTURE:
Conductor: Fine strands of oxygen-free copper wire.
acc. to VDE0295, class5
Color: varous colour cores with number acc. to JISC3306
black with white number and green/yellow acc. to IEC227
Inner liner: non-woven fabric wrapping to release impact
Steel rope: One or two self-supporting steel rope is used to carry tensile force in working.
Outer sheath: special PVC, bkack (RAL9005)

• Bending radius:
U0~Valid value of the voltage between main insulated conductor and earthing (metal shield, metal sheath of environment dielectric).
U~valid value of voltage between any two phases conductor in multicourse cable or single core cable system.
When AC. System is applied, the rated voltage of cables should be at least equal to the nominal voltage of the system. When DC. System is applied; the nominal voltage of this system should not be more than the rated voltage of the system by 1.5 times.
The permitting long-term operating temperature of cable conductor should be

The installing temperature of cable should not be less than 0.
Recommending permitted bending radius:
Non-armored cable: not less than the overall diameter f cable by 6 times

1.Standard
The control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988,IEC,DIN,BS,and the factory can also manufacture the cables in accordance with other standards.
2.Scope of Application
The control cable are suitable for the wiring of electrical controlling equipments and instrument,monitoring and controlling return circuit,electrical protection and measurement in power distribution unit under the circumstance that the rated voltage is up to 450/750V AC.

4.Service Conditions
(1) The long-time working temperature of conductor of PVC insulated cable is 70oC
The long-time working temperature of conductor of XLPE insulated cable is 90oC
(2) The temperature for laying the cables cannot be lower than 0oC.Permissible bending radius(r):unarmoured cable:r≥6D;(D: outer diameter of the cable);armoured or copper-tape screened cable:r≥12D;shielded flexible cable:r≥6D
The main feature of flame retardant control cable is hard to get fire or the continuous burning of wire is very limited when it is on fire. It applies to the place where higher demands of flame retardance.
